Now go to where it put the iso filee (usually in downloads) doubleclick it and follow the instructions to install it. Scroll down to where it tells you how to update and pess the download button which will give you the update pacakage. While this is going on go back to the search in jw.org and type in update watchtower library. Another suggestion was to open 2016 Watchtower or Workbook, toggle through a few items there for a bit then go back to homepage, I've tried a few suggestions namely check that my PC has enough free space. I have exactly the same problem discribed here.
